Piercarlo Gera was Accenture’s global lead for its Financial Services Customer Insight & Growth practice, which covers work in distribution channels (branch, mobile, web, social media, etc.) and marketing (big data, analytics, CRM, etc.). Piercarlo worked regularly with clients in developed and growth countries, and personally supported several client teams in various geographies. He previously held other Accenture management positions with direct responsibility for specific clients. He was deeply involved in transformational programs to drive growth while optimizing cost-to-serve; planning and managing major mergers; and in productivity improvement programs creating lean organizations.
