Piercarlo Gera is Accenture’s global lead for its Financial Services Customer Insight & Growth practice, which covers work in distribution channels (branch, mobile, web, social media, etc.) and marketing (big data, analytics, CRM, etc.). Piercarlo works regularly with clients in developed and growth countries, and personally supports several client teams in various geographies. He previously has held other Accenture management positions with direct responsibility for specific clients. He has been deeply involved in transformational programs to drive growth while optimizing cost-to-serve; planning and managing major mergers; and in productivity improvement programs creating lean organizations. Piercarlo teams with clients to develop specific points of view, such as the 2017 Global Distribution & Marketing Consumer Study, Banking as a Living Business, Winning in the Digital Economy, Mindset Segmentation, Beyond the Everyday Bank, as well as Digital Insurer and Customer-centricity in Insurance.
