Can Kekevi (aka “CK”) is based in a London based Managing Director in Accenture's Customer Insight & Growth practice with 20 years experience in management consulting. Can has operated in many industries with emphasis over the last 10 years in financial services. He has more recently led engagements at retail banking clients in the UK around distribution transformation and more specifically ‘phygital’ (marrying effectively customer journeys across physical and digital channels to not only improve customer experience but also cost-to-income ratio). Can is part of Accenture’s UK leadership team and leads within Customer Insight & Marketing the Phygital sub-practice. In addition to his client facing roles, Can also leads Accenture’s Allen International acquisition and has been the Branch Transformation offering lead. Can also used to judge the European Contact Centre awards. He is often described by his colleagues and clients as a driven, personable and trustworthy individual.
