Alex Secchi is the Offering Development Lead for Accenture's Customer Insight and Growth practice in London. Alex has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting for financial institutions and large multinational corporations. He is the co-lead and co-author of Accenture’s “GAFA-like Banking”, “Mind-set Segmentation” and “Everyday Bank” POVs. Alex specializes in digital disruption in Financial Services – from Digital Strategy to new Customer Insight operating models, to new customer behaviours and “money moments”, to the ecosystem and “open bank” scenarios. Alex is passionate about “Digital” and the way it is changing us as users and consumers, and how it will change Financial Services in trying to service our needs and desires.
